Services

Southern Serenity Captured provides professional photography services, including but not limited to weddings, graduations, family sessions, and portrait photography. Specific details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.

Booking & Payments

A retainer or deposit may be required to secure your session date.
Final payment is due as agreed upon at booking.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible if rescheduling is needed.
Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date at our discretion, subject to availability.
Southern Serenity Captured reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate a new date.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at booking.
Image selection, editing style, and final delivery are at the discretion of Southern Serenity Captured and reflect our artistic vision.
Unedited or RAW images are not provided.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Southern Serenity Captured retains full copyright to all images created.

Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to:

Print images
Share on social media (with credit when possible)
Use for personal display

Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant Southern Serenity Captured permission to use images for portfolio display, website content, social media, and marketing purposes. We always aim to represent our clients respectfully and authentically.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Arriving on time and prepared for sessions
Ensuring cooperation of participants (especially children)
Securing any required permissions for locations

Southern Serenity Captured is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrival, uncooperative subjects, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality images, Southern Serenity Captured is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, or acts of nature. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Southern Serenity Captured and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Changes to Terms

Southern Serenity Captured reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
