Retainers & Deposits

All retainers or deposits are non-refundable.

Retainers secure your session date and cover time reserved, preparation, and administrative costs.
Cancellations

If a client cancels their session for any reason, payments made are non-refundable.

We understand that life happens, and cancellations will be handled with care and understanding; however, refunds are not provided for canceled sessions.
Rescheduling

Retainers may be transferred to a new session date at our discretion, subject to availability.

Requests to reschedule should be made as soon as possible.

Multiple reschedules may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Photographer Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Southern Serenity Captured must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

A rescheduled session or

A full refund of all payments made

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Dissatisfaction with Services

Due to the artistic nature of photography, refunds are not issued based on personal preference regarding style, composition, or editing.

Southern Serenity Captured is committed to delivering high-quality work consistent with our portfolio and will address any genuine concerns professionally.
Digital Products & Images

Once digital images or galleries have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
